Temp Mail

If you spend most of your day browsing the internet, sometimes you might need websites like "Temp Mail."

One of the best habits I developed in the web world was creating websites.

Back then, it was around 2010.

The internet wasn’t very widespread, and I decided to create my first website.

Even though I had no experience with any programming language, the website I was about to create would be a copied-content English site.

My only goal was to make money online.

Everything on the website was going exactly as I had planned.

As I mentioned earlier, since I didn’t know any language, the site was entirely composed of copied content. I knew this wasn’t ethical, but I was experimenting with trial and error.

By publishing countless articles daily, I had managed to rank high in search results.

I knew this method wouldn’t last long, but I was eager to learn new things.

Later, Google sent me a message, warning me that my site was flagged as spam. I had big dreams, but they were cut short.

That was the moment I decided to quit creating copied-content websites.

I Created a "Temp Mail" Website

I decided to build another website. This time, I envisioned a great platform where I could meet and connect with people.

This website was nothing more than a "Temp Mail" site, which didn’t require me to create much content.

But the downside was that I still didn’t know any English, German, or any other language.

This time, I wanted to write content that sparked imagination. Maybe my writings wouldn’t make much sense, but they would still have some meaning.

Since I had more free time on weekends, I spent most of my time working on websites. Although I wasn’t very fond of writing content, I knew that meeting new people happened through these platforms.

My New Domain: "TempMail.zip"

To create a "Temp Mail" website, I started searching for a new domain name.

This time, I didn’t want a domain filled with random hyphens or numbers. After a long search, I came across the ".zip" domain.

You might think it resembles a compressed file format. :)

But don’t get me wrong! I just wanted a memorable domain name.

Temp Mail for Social Media

When you first access the website, you will see randomly generated email addresses.

With these email addresses, you can register on many websites. However, signing up for social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram can be a bit tricky. These sites constantly update their algorithms, and the email addresses you use on this website will likely be flagged as spam.

Can I Reaccess My Email Address?

Another question you might have is, "Can I access my email address again?"

Generally, yes.

To do this, follow these steps:

  • Remember the email address you used.
  • Click the "New" button.
  • Fill in the "Enter Username" field.
  • Choose the domain name you used.

After completing these steps, you should be able to retrieve your old email address.

Alright, but…

Can I See My Old Emails?

In most cases, mailboxes are emptied every two hours or once a day. So, you won’t be able to see your old emails.
